Job Responsibilities - Perform the duties as a limousine dispatcher according to the Limousine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee and assign jobs to drivers based on queue list through Limousine Dispatch System (LDS).
- Ensure all guests’ special requests are met, booking details are correct before dispatching out to drivers.
- Allocate vehicles for any ad‑hoc requests and assign them accordingly.
- Monitor all drivers’ movements during their shifts.
- Forecast current day’s vehicle requirements and activate or stand down outsource disposal fleet based on operational demands.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines and procedures.
