**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for a **LIMS Support Specialist** to join our growing Lab Systems Support team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and user experience of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and Mexico).

Reporting to the Head of Lab Systems Support, you will provide first- and second-line technical support across a diverse portfolio of LIMS platforms, including SaaS, custom-built, and hybrid solutions. You’ll partner closely with global teams, laboratory stakeholders, and IT to resolve issues, enhance system functionality, and drive continuous improvement.

**Hybrid Position: 3 days a week onsite in Huntington Beach, CA and 2 days remote**

Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 annually (Depending on Experience)
