Position Overview

Supports kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, 
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, 
Performing cleaning duties like washing dishes and taking out trash, and managing kitchen inventory. 
Set up and stock work stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients prior to service 
Prepare food items for service: chopping vegetables, cutting meats, mixing sauces, portioning ingredients. 
Monitor food quality and presentation of each dish before leaving the line. 
Restock ingredients and supplies at work stations during shifts to ensure smooth service.
