🧭 What you'll do

• Conduct safe, efficient line operations across a multi‑aircraft fleet in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Plan and execute flights using modern navigation, including PBN/RNAV procedures.
• Apply robust CRM, threat and error management, and checklist discipline in all phases of flight.
• Participate actively in the Safety Management System (SMS) through reporting, briefings, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the flight deck with professionalism, clear communication, and a strong customer focus.

🧰 What you'll bring

• Current EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, ME, MCC, and UPRT.
• Class 1 medical.
• ICAO ELP Level 4 and fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (Level 4+).
• Demonstrated knowledge of PBN procedures.
• Valid passport and a high school diploma (or equivalent).
