We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Linen Sorter.

In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for the delivery of clean linen items and scrubs to distribution points throughout the hospital. Inspects linen closets for quantities and delivers appropriate par levels. Replenishes scrub-machines as needed. Consolidate linen trucks and stores linen in clean linen room. Properly utilizes the hand-held data collection devices for restocking of linen closets.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all clean linen is weighed in upon delivery. All clean linen is immediately taken to the authorized clean linen storage room.

Performs other duties as assigned in a manner that is in keeping with departmental customer service standards

Inspects all linen as it is delivered to the units, ensure that linen is free of stains, smells, etc.
