Role Purpose

This role is responsible for turning LinkedIn and social media into a consistent engine for brand visibility, trust, and business opportunities for Flexihire Talent.

You will own both strategy and execution, from content creation and publishing to engagement, outreach, and relationship building. Your focus is not just on posting, but on driving meaningful conversations, increasing inbound interest, and supporting revenue growth through social channels.
