profile to join a strategic project within the banking sector, in an international environment and focus on DevOps tools.

Responsibilities Provide continuous technical and functional support to users. Manage incidents ensuring rapid service restoration, with full transparency towards the business: logging, communication, coordination, resolution, and drafting of PIRs (Post Incident Reviews).
