Robert Half on behalf of a prestigious South Florida law firm seeks a motivated litigation attorney with 2+ years' experience for its Boca Raton office. Job Duties

• Handle general liability and civil litigation matters including premises liability, auto accidents, and insurance defense (third party)

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trial

• Take and defend depositions

• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and pleadings

• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop well-supported legal arguments

• Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel on behalf of clients

• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
