This is an excellent opportunity for a California-barred attorney with litigation and defense experience who is a strong legal writer and enjoys handling substantive drafting and case strategy work. The attorney in this role will support active defense matters and contribute across a range of litigation tasks, including drafting briefs, motions, pleadings, and discovery, conducting legal research, and assisting with overall case strategy.
