Overview


Responsibilities


+ Handle a caseload of mortgage and real estate related litigation and appeals on behalf of secured lienholders, title companies, lenders, mortgage servicers, and investors.

+ Assist in drafting all pleadings, motions, briefs, etc., as required during the course of a lawsuit.

+ Attend hearings and court appearances across the State and Federal Courts of Arizona.

+ Maintain a large caseload with the ability to multi-task and utilize excellent organizational skills.
