Responsibilities:


• Handle litigation processes for personal injury cases

• Utilize Case Management Software (SmartAdvocate) to maintain and organize case files

• Prepare and deliver briefings on ongoing cases

• Oversee claim administration and handle complaints

• Engage in civil litigation procedures as required
Requirements
• Experience with Case Management Software to manage and track legal cases

• Proven experience with Document Management systems for better organization

• Ability to conduct Briefing sessions clearly and effectively

• Expertise in Civil Litigation proceedings and processes
