We have an exciting new opportunity with our client - who is looking for a litigation lawyer, 4 PQE + , 12 months to work (hybrid) from their Bristol office!

Our client is a globally recognised company in the tobacco industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day support with general commercial matters
• Assisting the Senior Dispute Resolution Counsel with the categorisation of legal disputes and potential legal disputes that are notified to the DR Team by Cluster/market CLA to determine whether they are managed in market, by the DR Team or as joint undertaking.
