This visionary company is looking for a skilled litigation paralegal to provide assistance during high stakes litigation including assisting with discovery and eDiscovery workflows, preparing for hearings and trial. This is an onsite role located in Austin.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions and file them with the court via e-filing
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
• Coordinate document collection from internal systems
• Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices
• Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
• Manage document review platforms, including Relativity and Logikcull
• Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
