A reputable trial firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Everett, WA. The firm represents clients in complex personal injury and bad faith matters.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Support attorneys and clients through all phases of litigation.

+ Working closely with clients and attorneys in building case strategy, managing discovery, and conducting legal research.

+ Client communication, medical records review, drafting pleadings and motions.

+ Preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.
