Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000+ based on experience Litigation Paralegal Job Description:-Interact and maintain client communication
-Legal research
-Oversee litigation matters
-Draft motions, pleadings, notices, and correspondence
-Trial, arbitration, and deposition preparation
-Prepare trial exhibits

Litigation Paralegal Job Requirements:-3+years of Paralegal experience
-Active Notary preferred but not required
-Preferred experience with Ironworkers, Boilermaker, SteelworkersIND19
