Position Overview

            Minimum requirements: 
  Grade 12 and a related tertiary qualifications highly beneficial (Legal Secretarial N4-N6 or a related National Diploma) 
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a litigation department (processes and protocols) and all administrative duties related thereto 
Must have experience working with court and online systems (Caselines/Court Online/Searchworx/CIPC) 
Experience with FICA requirements and Ghost Practice Bookkeeping System highly beneficial 
Must be able to type and do dictaphone typing (above 60 words per minute) 
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Attorneys in litigation department, including managing of diaries 
Preparation, formatting and compilation of pleadings, affidavits, memoranda, correspondences and bills of costs 
Proofread legal documents and pleadings 
Opening of files and debiting of fees on Ghost Practice <...
