The Role

A warm, well-established international family in Jumeirah Golf Estates are looking for a second nanny to join their household. A long-term nanny is already in place, and they are looking for the right person to work alongside her as a true team. The family are lovely and supportive, and the current nanny has been with them for years, which tells you everything about the environment you would be joining.

Twin girls, aged three and a half, who thrive on routine. Nap time is still in place, and every afternoon brings a structured activity. The family run a tight, happy ship and need a nanny who genuinely values that consistency and brings the same energy to it every single day. From September the girls will be in school, so the rhythm of the role will evolve naturally as they grow.
