This role supports the technology needs of the CNN Doha production centre. Seeking a proactive Broadcast Engineer for Doha, Qatar to maintain broadcast and IT equipment and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Provide operational support for broadcast and IT equipment and infrastructure within an on‑air and fast‑paced news environment. Respond promptly to incidents and resolve them efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted broadcasting.
• High‑Pressure Situations: Work independently and as part of a team during high‑pressure situations, particularly during busier production hours.
