Job Title: Channel Executive (open part time and full time) Report to: Channel Manager
Location: Singapore & Overseas
Role Responsibilities - Support Channel Manager to manage/create and grow our brand channel.
- To provide administrative support to live-streamers during their live shows with customer support and payments administration.
- Establish clear brand channel strategy and positioning and marketing of the channel using FB and IG or other social media.
- Travelling for overseas streams.
- Planning calendar of sales events (Special stream or events).
- Support end to end operations and logistics and fulfilment for the brand channel.
- Posting and planning of social media contents.
- Review and analyse live stream data.
- Doing up daily/ weekly/monthly reports and KPI for the channel.
- Reconcile and prepare of delivery reports after livestream shows.
