Responsibilities

To plan, direct, and control all operations in the assigned location in a way that provides the maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost effective operation while meeting all company standards.

Selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, and motivates a subordinate staff which includes Service Agent, Sr. Service Agent, Courier/Handler, and Couriers to maintain an efficient and effective operation. Controls and effectively utilizes manpower through planning, organizing, and scheduling to minimize loss of time, working within the framework of the capital and operating budgets. Monitors station performance reports; performs in-house and vehicle package audits; and monitors package sort. Ensures compliance with applicable company policies and operating procedures.
