Job Purpose
The LMS Administrator & Technical Support Officer is the operational backbone of the university’s technology environment. The LMS Administrator & Technical Support Officer will manage the day-to day Moodle LMS, handle student and lecturer technical queries, support the registrar with SIS-related technology tasks, and ensure platform stability.
Key Performance Areas
- LMS Administration:
- Configure and maintain the Moodle LMS including user accounts, course shells, enrolments, roles, permissions, and system settings.
- Perform routine backups, plugin updates, and plugin maintenance.
- Student Technical Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student technical queries including login issues, submission problems, browser compatibility, and navigation support.
