Description We are looking for an LMS Consultant to support a client in Hartford, Connecticut through a Contract assignment. This role focuses on learning management system guidance, user support, and technical issue resolution while helping teams work effectively with digital training tools. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Canvas and a practical approach to troubleshooting software and end-user challenges.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide day-to-day support for learning management system users by diagnosing issues, answering questions, and resolving technical problems efficiently.
β’ Partner with client stakeholders to optimize LMS usage and improve the delivery of training content and user access.
β’ Troubleshoot system-related concerns involving course setup, permissions, enrollment activity, and general platform functionality.
