Project Management Specialist

As the Project Management Specialist, you will act as the project management coordinator in the design or construction of medium to large projects (e.g., GSE building, ramps, paving) and facilities expansions. Your role ensures that project budgets, schedules, and corporate and quality standards are met in both corporate and field facilities, including necessary real‑estate negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project administrator for construction project contracts, monitoring compliance with FedEx construction documentation requirements.
• Review and approve all construction progress payments, maintaining accurate records of all work in place.
• Interface with engineering and construction disciplines regarding construction coordination and engineering changes.
