JML JobMatcha are currently recruiting for an experienced Loading Shovel Driver

Requirements:
✔ Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo – Loading Shovel
✔ Proven experience operating a loading shovel (quarry, asphalt or recycling preferred)
✔ Reliable, punctual and hardworking
✔ Ability to work early starts and flexible hours
✔ Available to start immediately

Duties include:
• Safe and efficient operation of a loading shovel
• Moving and loading aggregates/materials around site
• Feeding hoppers and supporting asphalt/quarry production
• Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting defects
• Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth operations
