**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead daily loadout operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery.
+ Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.
+ Monitor loadout processes, equipment performance, and inventory movement to maximize efficiency.
+ Coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadout activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.
+ Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement.
