Under general supervision of the Loan Processing Manager and in conformance with established policies and procedures, the Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for in-depth review of all loan files for proper documentation and compliance requirements. They work closely with lenders and processors to resolve any document discrepancies or issues that arise during the loan process. Employees must be engaging, solution oriented and both positive and proactive.
