Position Overview

Evaluate and process loan applications, assessing clients' financial status. 
Advise clients on appropriate loan products and terms. 
Guide clients through the loan application and approval process. 
Maintain accurate records and documentation. 
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 
Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. 
Monitor loan repayment and follow up on overdue accounts. 
Proven experience as a loan officer or in a related financial role. 
Strong understanding of financial products, credit assessments, and regulations. 
Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. 
Attention to detail and accuracy. 
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred).
