The Outside Sales Loan Originator’s (OSLO) primary duty is making sales by generating and developing business from loan applicants with various financial needs. The Outside Sales Loan Originator provides residential mortgage loans to borrowers looking to purchase real estate or refinance an existing mortgage and generates leads to increase production. An Outside Loan Originator works greater than 70% of the time away from the office. The Outside Sales Loan Originator is customarily and regularly engaged away from the employer's place or business in performing such primary duty.
