General Job Description

• Generate loan files by assessing the clients' financial situation and verifying documentation with appropriate sources.
• Pre-qualify the client and offer the best scenarios restructuring weak transactions into creditworthy loans if necessary.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients, loan officers, real estate agents, investors, title companies and so on, following up and building relationships to promote business opportunities.
• Achieve production goals and objectives up to the closing loan date maximizing efficiency.
