Experience Required
1β2 years of transferable Australian finance, mortgage, or administrative experience (e.g., banking, accounting, lending is preferred).
Experience with Australian accounts is an advantage
Experience in Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Collect and organise client documentation (e.g., payslips, IDs, bank statements).
Prepare checklists and verify completeness of documents.
Upload and maintain files in CRM and loan tracking systems.
Conduct preliminary document verification and data accuracy checks.
Assist in loan submission and post-settlement tracking.
Provide administrative support to Senior Loan Processors and Mortgage Brokers.
Ensure compliance with Australian mortgage policies, lender requirements, and data security standards.
Liaise with internal teams and clients for document clarification or updates.
