A growing mortgage company in Wallingford, CT is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor on a contract basis. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, financial services experience, and a commitment to delivering an excellent client experience throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy

+ Collect, verify, and organize borrower financial information, credit documents, and disclosures

+ Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to gather required information

+ Ensure loan files meet internal guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements

+ Track loan status and maintain accurate records throughout the processing cycle
