Facilitates signing of legal documents to borrowers/co-borrowers/co-makers such as Promissory Note, Disclosure Statement, Chattel Mortgage, Dacion En Pago, Voluntary Surrender (for collateral), and Deed of Assignment as applicable.
Assists borrowers in the opening of Current Account.
Conducts bank checking/verification for checks issued by borrower.
