Role Purpose

CBRE is seeking a Loan Analyst based in Madrid whose primary responsibility will be supporting the Asset Managers and Loan Administrator in all aspects of the servicing of allocated commercial real estate loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing assigned commercial real estate loans in the UK and continental Europe and monitoring their performance.
• Providing general customer service to lenders and borrowers and administration departments as per the financing documentation.
• Managing the set-up of new loans in loan servicing system and responsible for maintaining the currency and integrity of loan information.
• Managing loan document files and document imaging.
• Administration and bookkeeping of the transaction.
• Setting of interest periods and reference rates applicable for each period.
