Job Description

The Loan Servicing Assistant Manager - Escrow is responsible for the oversight of all escrow functions for the bank's retail, commercial and small business portfolios.


Essential Functions
+ Oversee all escrow activities of Northwest’s Retail, Commercial and Small Business
+ Direct supervision of the retail escrow team, including taxes, insurance and flood
+ Partner with third party vendors with regards to the payment and monitoring of flood and hazard insurance and property taxes
+ Oversee the Northwest’s annual escrow analysis process
+ Resolve operational and customer related issues and complaints
+ Ensure adherence to Northwest’s loan servicing policies and procedures
+ Manage servicing staff related activities including training, developing action plans, procedures and training materials for staff, conducting staff meetings, managing work hours and FTE’s to control costs, develop...
