**Restoration Technician for Construction and Emergency Damage**

**Pay will be based on relevant work experience. Monday-Friday schedule (some OT and On-call)**

**Job Description**

The Restoration Technician responds to emergency situations involving water, fire, smoke, mold, sewage, biohazard, or storm damage at residential and commercial properties. In this role, you help stabilize and restore damaged structures, clean and deodorize affected areas, and prepare sites for the rebuild team to complete repairs. You work on a wide range of projects, from minor incidents to large-scale property losses, ensuring each property is safe, clean, and ready for reconstruction.
