Critical Responsibilities

• Cultivate, nurture, monitor, plan, schedule global standards procedures locally.
• Ensure consistent application of global training standards across all operations.
• Assure instructor pilot performance utilizing established observation tools such as IPPM and/or DOI.
• Schedule, plan, analyze results, and make recommendations from local observations to the global Team for continuous improvement.
