This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

+ Detention pay: $12 - $15 per hour
+ Drop/hook stop: $10 per stop
+ Stop pay: $30 per stop
+ Outsource work: $0.57- $0.63 per mile plus $30 per stop
+ Driver Assist: $30 per event
+ Backhaul stop: $25 per stop
+ Intermodal loads: $25 per stop
+ 6th day incentive: $150 flat rate
+ Difficult delivery pay: $150 per occurrence
+ Miscellaneous paid time: $15 per hour
