Purpose
Manage sales operations within the dealership to maximize return on investment through; attracting, developing, and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging department personnel; optimizing Sales Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction; growing profitable new and used complete good sales; and exercising disciplined expense control.


Responsibilities
+ Support sales professionals/account managers to strengthen key customer relationships and drive deal development through established sales process
+ Recognize and reward team and individual sales professionals while ensuring consistent execution and accountability to the sales process
+ Provide team and individual development opportunities through both formal and informal techniques.
