As a Location Support Specialist, you provide on-site technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, devices and network issues, while ensuring smooth installations, configurations and daily operations across office, stores and warehouses.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You’ll work closely with store, office, and warehouse teams, collaborating with global IT support teams and external vendors to ensure efficient and seamless technical support.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues that cannot be resolved remotely, including laptops, mobile devices, tills, and meeting room equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain user devices and systems to minimize disruption and ensure stable operations
- Support installations, configurations, and setup of equipment for new joiners, relocations, and store or office changes
- Assist with network and connectivity issues in collaboration with global support teams
