**Job Purpose:**

The Regional Reliability Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of locomotive fleets across customers within a certain geographical region. The Regional Reliability Manager will work with the respective Service and Commercial teams in their region to understand customers’ operational needs, track fleet performance, and identify and support reliability initiatives, among other duties. As a part of the Service Reliability team, the Regional Reliability Manager will work closely with the Service Reliability Project and Service Reliability Engineering teams to define, analyze, prioritize, and manage such reliability initiatives.
