About the Medical Specialist Group
We are a partnership of currently 56 Consultants, which, under contract, provides specialist medical services to the Guernsey Health Service with a health care model that is different and separate from the NHS. As well as providing contract care the MSG consultants also provide private care, which is remunerated separately, but is carried out in both MSG and PEH facilities as there are no other private facilities on island. MSG administration and secretarial staff also support a consultant private practice.
