We are hiring Pharmacist to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.
Job Responsibilities - Review prescriptions and dispense medications accurately in accordance with established guidelines
- Provide medication counselling and educate patients on the safe and appropriate use of prescribed medications
- Monitor medication therapy and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure proper storage, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and support daily pharmacy operations
Requirements - Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
