Summary: St. Alexius Health Bismarck in need of urology coverage for clinic and call coverage. The long-term vision, starting in late July, is to have an MD provide call-only coverage for 10 days per month. The schedule would typically run from Friday through the following Monday morning. However, if the internal provider is on vacation, the provider would need to cover both clinic and call.

Rates for submission:

Malpractice
Must be included in rates.

Orientation
***-275 - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of
orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly ***-550 - Per hour, not OT

Vacation ***-825 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate*** Per vacation hour, no OT

Nightly Call
***-1200 - Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis
