**Things to know:**
- Daily Patient Volume: 35-50 combined OR/CVOR/endo cases daily; MDs typically cover 1:2 or 1:3.
- MD's will both supervise rooms and work own cases
- 4x10's - must be flexible with days
- Physicians who are capable of performing own cases, however, 90-100% supervision
- Care team model
