Position Overview

POSITION SUMMARY The Logistic Admin will be the main role to handle all logistic and inventory activities, including picking and packing of daily deliveries, schedule local and oversea shipments, goods receiving, stock checking and maintain inventory accuracy. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Good receiving Ensure incoming goods tally with document and system Perform ERP system receiving, serial number scanning/entering andlocation updates Liaising with supplier/sales admin for goods receiving issues e.g.wrong product, missing document, quality problem Update Exchange Rate, HS code and COO to ERP system Unpack and arrange goods to adequate stock location Receive incoming parcel (supplier loan, customer loan return, equipment,sample and others) and allocate to correct internal requestor while ensuringproper procedure has been followed Goods delivery Print out picking list of the day and perform picking of goods Pack goods and secure properly into carton boxes for shipment Take photos prior to...
