Provide administrative support task handling for OGC Downstream Inspections AU & PNG (OGC-Trade) management across all distributed systems and collaborative processes.
Monitor OGC-Trade’s MS Teams Channels, ensuring all status tracking records and supporting clerical functions are up to date.
Support existing GBS remote resources with task handling, data management and communications.
Support existing FBT remote resources with OGC-Trade specific task handling, document processing, data entry and/ or status updates.
Providing generalized clerical support to AUS NR TIS Managers and Coordinators including support for existing GBS and FBT processes for non OGC-Trade business units.
