Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company's overall logistics operations which includes forecasting demand, mapping out routing plans, and developing contingency plans to mitigate risks. Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products. Collaborate with vendors and negotiate favorable terms to maximize value and minimize lead times. Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory control measures, including accurate forecasting, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring optimal storage conditions. Minimize stockouts and excess inventory through effective planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
