The New Zealand Blackcurrant Co-operative is a grower‑owned co‑operative that processes and exports blackcurrant products, including juice concentrate, frozen fruit, powders, and puree, to customers in New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia, China, North America, and Europe. Every season, products grown by our growers leave New Zealand and end up in food and health products around the world. We're a small, close‑knit team based at the Plant & Food Research campus in Lincoln (now the Bioeconomy Science Institute or BSI), and we take genuine pride in what we do.
