Position Overview

            Duties & Responsibilities:  Logistics & Operations:  Execute and coordinate logistics and warehousing plans, including inbound, internal inventory transfers, and outbound processes. 
Prepare and process all types of shipping documentation in a timely manner. 
Ensure smooth cargo transit by coordinating with multiple parties, including shipping agents, carriers, and customs. 
Verify and process invoices from suppliers and forwarders. 
Coordinate maintenance and services for company vehicles and operation facilities. 
 Customer Service & Administration:  Serve as the primary point of contact for house accounts, following up on delivery requirements and payment status. 
Support the sales and account management teams with documentation and communication. 
Interface with customers to address shipment inquiries and provide timely updates.
