Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and manage logistic operations for domestic shipments and deliveries to local customers.
• Handle delivery complaints, external warehouse and customer returns, cancellations, follow up on outstanding delivery schedules, and other related queries.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate declaration submission of shipping documents and reports.
• Update and maintain relevant data in the system and properly file all shipping documents.
• Verify forwarder/transporter invoices and apply BPM submission.
• Communicate and coordinate with Warehouse, Planner, CS, and Production personnel on product delivery.
• Correspond with CS regarding availability, shipment dates, methods, tracking data, and status.
• Prepare accurate logistics and goods/stock reports for upper management.
